Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We are not able to accept returns, however this does not affect your right to withdrawal if there is a defect with the item. 
Any return for a defect must be sent within 14 days of the item being received. The return should be clearly marked citing the alleged defect.
Upon return, Taqdeer will refund the monies to the payment card used for the transaction within 5-10 Business Days.
Customers are able to exchange items for size and colour within 14 days of receiving the item
The exchange must be clearly marked setting out which size/colour is required
In the event an exchange is not possible, Taqdeer shall notify the Customer in relation to whether they would like to wait for re-stock or return.
